Do u know if acne complex really works?
i would luv to get rid of my awful acne and ive tried lots of other things..im just wondering if anyone else has tried this and had successful results

I tried all the store acne stuff but they still don 't do much for my skin and plus i used what the doctor gave me and that just burns my skin. I seen these on tv and would like to know if they are good or not. Which one is better to get rid of my acne nd blackheads... Proactiv or Acne Complex??
I take vitamin B complex,and Biotin.Will the vitamin B complex vitamins clear my acne? or do I just need to ?
take vitamin B5 instead? so far my skin is looking better,and I do have acne on my cheeks.It looks like my acne lesions that u can 't see under my skin are starting to come to surface.
Proactiv solution vs. murad acne complex?
I 've been using proactiv for a couple of years already, but never have i had completely clear skin while using it. Just wondering if I should give it another try, given that my skin may have grown immune to proactiv already (.. if thats possible..), or should i switch to murad acne complex which is another well advertised acne treatment seen on infomercials? thanks for your help :)
Question about murad acne complex and other products?
Well ive been using acne complex for about 3 months now.. and ive seen some improvement. but i always break out before my period and i can never prevent that.. but after all the years of using diff. products my skin is so damaged.. like its really dry and oily. and the texture is just not good and dry . only on forehead though. i just starting using olay moisturizurs.. any other suggestions to prevent acne and help my skin back to normal?

hey! I just have a few questions about murad acne complex.I havent started it yet because im waiting for it to be sent to my house. so my first question is: how long did it take for it too get sent to you? i know it said up to 3 weeks but how long did it take for you?second question! when and if you went through the purging process, what it really bad or just a little more breakouts than you normally have.and third! did murad work for you? did you have minor improvement or did it clear it up completely?? explain.thanks for all the answers!! and hopefully it works for me and gets sent to me soon!!! = )

i have tried proactive, broke me out worse! anyway, i was reading on murads website, that every month you will be billed 29.95, but they state its a 60day supply. do you pay the 29.95 everymonth?or every shippment?

which is better? my sister asked me which one i thought she should get and i told her to get the murad one because i know that murad is a good company...but now people are saying that proactive is a lot better. should i tell her to get proactive instead? has anyone had experience with one or both of these?
Zinc or B-Complex for acne?
Should I take a b-complex vitamin that includes 150% zinc or 2 50 mg pilsl of zinc a day instead?I stopped using proactive for my face because it did not completly clear my skin and benzyl peroxide is so damaging. I am trying to eat healthy and drink lots of water. I wash with olay daily facials and witch hazel.Any other tips? What vitamins should I take?

i just bought it.today to be exact.well I 'm going to use it tonight.in the mornings I 'm going to use step 1 and step 3.then at night step 1,step 2 and step 3.my skin is sensitive.i was using proactive and it made my skin dryy.so i immediatly stopped.i noticed that murad doesn 't have BENZOYL peroxide.so i thought "hmm,let me give it a try maybe that BENZOYL peroxide is what is making my skin worse "so i decided to buy it,well my parents payed.I just a teen, 14.so have you guys have had any good results?oh and i did the one and third step like when i got it.i love the smell of it.it left my skin good.and my red mark i had, arent so red anymore.
