Acne Free - Skin Care

Question: Get rid of acne scars and acne? i want soft skin acne free skin!?

I am a 14 years old girl and have suffered acne since I was in 4th grade....(I started puberty young..) and I had severe acne in the 5th grade and always got made fun of. A few years later my skin cleared up a bit and I now have scars from acne and a few pimples around my skin and black heads. I also have a red face from this...how can I get rid of this? I always see girls at swimming pools and at school with flawless baby soft skin without ANY THING! And it makes me so jealous I want that!! I tried Concha Nacar cream for my acne scars but the cream is too thick and it made me break out even more on my chin..I have been using the egg mask and some lemon juice to clear up my scars and maybe pimples..Please help! I have been cursed with the family genetics of Oily skin and sensitive skin as well! (My father has this skin disorder called psoriasis which makes his skin turn red and peel,Hopefully I dont get it)
