Acne Products - Skin Care

Question: What acne products actually work??.... please help :'(?

I have NEVER! in my life had a problem with acne, and i'm 6 months pregnant and just started breaking out on my back (not on my face though, yet) i know its just the hormones but still i want them gone :'(, and i was crying my eyes out cuz of it yesterday cuz my boyfriend was giving me a back rub and i started crying and he was saying it isent that bad which made me cry more (and it actually isen't all that bad but i wanna get rid of it now incase in gets worse) so does anyone know of any acne products that really work body washes, those pad things anything???

Those Proactive commercials seemed to have helped Jessica Simpson.......and Avril Lavine. Try that...

Pads are for periods not spots
