I don't really notice this in the mirror, its when i take a picture and im like "omg! do i really have all of these blemishes on my face?!?" I have mild acne, not something you really notice but if i could get rid of that too it would be nice. ive tried maderma, it kinda works but too expensive for that little bottle. I really need help with my skin, i don't know what to do. i want smooth nice skin :)

To get rid from acne scar please prepare a solution of Cucumber(KHEERA) juice + Mint (PUDEENA) juice + Rose water + Lemon juice + Basil ( TULSI) leave juice + Glycerin in equal quantity , Apply it over your face at bed time & rinse off in morning. To get rid from wrinkles Please have Cabbage juice 30 ml & Tomato juice 25 ml Add 5 ml Honey to it & apply it over the effected area in the morning at least for 1 hour & wash your face. Drink as much water as you can. Also drink Green ANWALA juice half cup daily till its availability to improve your body immune system. Wash your face with cold water at least 4-6 times a day with cold water.Green leafy vegetables seasonal fruits,curd & milk be added in your daily diet. If you follow the suggestions regularly,your problem will be cured in 1 month.

For your mild acne try Oxy pads (2% Salicylic acid). These worked for me and if you have mild acne then they should work for you. They remove dry skin, treat acne and make your skin soft. If your gonna use them then test it on your wrist first, wait about 20-30min then see if you get a rash. Some people react to the Salicylic acid. Only bad thing about these is they have a strong oder, try and use them at night before bed because they smell like old people. Hope this helped.

I 've been using Clarin 's Pore Minimising Serum lately and it helped with acne scars/ pits after about 2 weeks, skin looks so much better, might help you as well.

Try microderm abrasion it really helped me with acne marks and fine lines. I would say leave it three weeks between treatments though (they recommend only two but I find it too harsh to do it so soon after). Good Luck!

Hon, hear out a teenage girl that 's been though acne, being overweight, and getting braces soon. what you need to do is this: 1. wash: the key ingredient is 2% salicylic acid. (if you have no idea where to start, neutrogena is a good start: $6-8 @ drugstores) 2. tone: the key ingredient is 2% salicylic acid (only neutrogena 's "clear pore " toner has salicylic acid that i know of: $6-7 @ drugstores) 3. apply an acne cream that has 10% salicylic acid (clearasil is a good choice--$9-11 @ drugstores) 4. moisturize: if you have oily skin, ALWAYS look for the "oil-free " label. don 't see it, don 't buy it. if you have dry skin, then go for the sensitive/ dry skin formulas. (don 't know what you have? just google it!) (clinique, H20~+ , aveeno is a good choice: look @ sephora) hon, no matter what society tells you, what the magazines say, what the runways show, don 't ever let it hurt you. don 't look in the mirror and ask youself, "Why am i so ugly?! Why do i have acne?! Why won 't these scars go away?! I look like a freak today, like i always do, 365 days a year. " cause u kno what? you can do all the plastic surgery you want. spend all the money on botox, eye creams, make up, cover up, and you can keep on going until you 're the grandmother with the boob implant. fun, right? you can also hide in your closet until you pass puberty. never see light again because no guy will ever like you. because you CAN NOT be seen w/ that zit on your face. because of that huge acne scar. that 's what ruined the school picture. that 's what ruined the date, and that stupid french fry you ate killed prom because you gained wieght, & you broke out. you can get on the scale every day and get off unhappy, asking urself why you didn 't loose any weight when you 've been "dieting " (the real name for it was "starving ") for an entire month. you can hate on what the mirror shows you for the rest of your life. but you kno what hon? that 's not what 's gonna get you through life. your boobs will not get you a good education, a nice boyfriend, or a good job. your clear face will not score you the perfect prom, or get your crush to notice you. the number on the scale doesn 't help you through the breakups and the makeups. it doesn 't help anything. but u know that it CAN do? it can make you mizerable like how i was. BE the overweight girl on the beach w/ the two piece on. she doesn 't care what you think. she doesn 't care what i think. she only knows that she 's beautiful, she has a RIGHT to the beach, she has the RIGHT to be happy with who she is, and she IS beauty. because self confidence is what makes you beautiful. don 't be a hyprocrite--see the beauty in yourself too! those toothpick like model 's didn 't inherit it--they 're beautiful because they KNOW THEY ARE. it 's time to really SEE what your mirror shows--don 't just LOOK--see!!

Stop drinking milk and dairy, also go get an allergy test, and see your dr and dermatoligist! my acen always gets worse when i have milk and oranges.

You know, instead of spending on expensive treatment, why don 't you try a little diet change? Try to have grilled salmon, poached salmon or fried salmon. It only takes three days of a salmon diet to reduce wrinkles as they appear on the face and neck. You could also include oatmeal, cantaloupe, blueberries and broccoli in your diet. Drink at least 8 glasses of water everyday. On the other hand, avoid food high in saturated fat, carbohydrate and sugar. Avoid potato, butter, dairy and poultry products. Just try this for a month and you would start noticing results.
