Acne Scar - Skin Care

Question: How do i get rid of my acne scar?

I have an acne scar on my chin, it's faded a bit but its there and its noticable. I would like to know how to get rid of it. I don't want some kind of laser skin surgery thing, so none of that please. I would like something as natural as possible. But feel free to suggest products.
