Acne Skin - Skin Care

Question: Why does my acne skin get redder?

I have mild acne that fluctuates, since I started this new job it got a little worse=[ but it always look's alot worse after a long shift just skin and spots show up more and is really red and hot why is this ? thanks

If you have tried all the over the counter acne treatments and you still have it then you need to see a dermatologist to be treated for it. the redness is caused by the dry skin that occurs with acne. not just any moisturizer can deal with that type of dryness.
