I am participating in an outdoor activity festival this weekend on the beach and i have fairly bad acne on my back primarily up near the shoulders. I only have 4 days. Does anyone have a short term solution to either get rid of it, reduce it, or cover it up without much cost.Also, it should be hot so if you know anything sweatproof?Thanks a lot!

Should I try Clinique or Proactiv acne solutions?
I am an 18 year old male and have had mild-medium acne and an oily face since I was 14. I 've been through almost all the typical things in the book: drugstore skincare products, airy-fairy organics and herbal supplements, vitamins and minerals, home-made recipes, dermatologist-prescribed ointment (Adapalene/ Differin gel) and, in between and throughout, many periods of time where I give up dejected and don 't wash my face for up to weeks. In a month I 'm moving to a new country and I really want to be acne-free by then. I was thinking of trying higher end products like Clinique or Proactiv - but these acne 'solutions ' usually only suppress the problem from what I 've heard. i.e. stop using ir or switch to another product and acne will flare up again. I just want to have clear skin and be able to use high quality skincare products (not acne-orientated) which focus more on anti-ageing and beautifying. So if I go on to this after an acne solutions routine I 'm afraid that I will breakout again and will have to go back to the acne-focused one. I think tomorrow I am going to the department store where Clinique consultants are. Should I? Or use Proactiv as more effective? BUT I don 't want to be bound to certain products and want to have freedom later on after acne has gone in choosing my skincare products.Sorry for the long post!
What's the best acne solution for teens?
I have had clear skin most of my life, but within the last year I 've gotten acne on my forehead and a little on my chin and my nose is often just slightly red. It got irritated with all the products and I have a few scars remaining on my lower forehead. I 've tried the Obagi Clenziderm acne kit and it made no difference. I 've heard Exposed is an effective brand and that the Acnepril supplement can work pretty well too.

Hi there! I am an 18 year old girl and I have never really had a problem with acne until recently. I wear only a little foundation so I know that is not the cause. But i have been quite stressed lately. I have tried neutrogena, clean and clear, and proactive and regular soap and water but NOTHING has been working. What works best for you? Any suggestions?

I have been trying all sorts of acne treatments for 5 years now and my acne seems to not be going away. I believe I may have tried all the treatments there are out there. Is there another way besides just simply washing my face to get rid of acne?I have dry skin, so anything that is for dry skin people.Almost forgot. I Found a good working easy to make acne solution. You can make it at home to :]If you mix some rubbing alcohol, toothpast, and vaseline (the gell stuff) together until you get a soupy look and then you put it over the bumps b4 you go to bed and its suppose to dry so dont wipe it off. . . .I 've had my friends use it because it worked for me but now I 'm asking you guys if you 'll try it to see how well it works. Okay, so I 've tried proactiv, but I don 't like how you have to use 3 things.I 've used the nutrogena wave and my face got all dry and gross.I 'm using burts bees acne solution right now and not much is happening, it 's just getting dry again!Any suggestions, that will work fast, are easy to use, and won 't make my face dry or oily.Pretty much I need something that is too good to be true.btw, my acne isn 't terrible.

Best cheap acne solution?
OK, I have a BAD case of acne and I do wash my face and put on pimple cream. But it 's too much of a hassle to me and is there any other way that works good and quick? I currently wash my face with aveeno clear complexion foaming cleanser and sea breeze actives deep clean astringent. My acne cream is the neutrogena on-the-spot and clean and clear persa gel 10. They work great but my acne is severe, so it doesn 't make me acne free and I get pretty lazy about putting it on at night and rubbing it off in the morning. So is there any other way? Like acne pads or pills, if there is any?

I 'm 14, and I have barely noticeable acne on my forehead, dry cheeks, and moderate acne around my mouth. Right now I use a benzoyl peroxide Clean & Clear face wash, but it dries out my entire face so much I have to use a moisturizer with oil in it, which makes me break out! My mom thought of the Clinique acne system, but my friend told me it was too strong for her and dried out her skin... what system/ technique should I use for my acne?PS: I am currently using a benzoyl peroxide face wash, but my last face wash before this was a salicylic acid one (i think Neutrogena) which had similar results.

First of all hi everyone! So i have normal skin and i hardly used to break out. I guess now after puberty i have been breaking out im 15 now and lately have been breaking out allot. Its around my cheeks and between my eyebrows. I want to try proactiv, but dont know if i should? Anybody know what I can use. it turns out that a simple bar of ivory soap works way better than any medication i have tried the coolest thing of all though is it cost only a couple bucks for a pack.let me know if you tried it out and it works for you to :)
