Question: Do acne treatments such as topical gels make you scar?

I use duac gel and whenever i get a pimple and i don't pick it, i still get a scar, is it because of the gel?

Duac gel is great for scars, it has the ability to even out skin tone and fade scars, I used to use this and it was great, I switched to a more natural approach after though which is was even better - Aloe Vera Gel, sometimes alternating between the two can help. But indeed, I use Aloe Vera Gel for everything now, like Duac though it can be drying so an oil free moisturiser is a good idea, but it really helps with acne and scarring.
