Question: What is the best acne treatment?

I have bad acne on my arms and upper back. I want to get rid of it. Money is not an object here. Just need to know the best product or treatment doesn't matter how much it cost as long as it works the best.

Isotretinoin. But I don 't know whether this a over the counter med of not. Isotretinoin is also one the the protocol in medicine to treat severe acne. Since it is a vitamin A product, pregnant woman should not use this.

I 've been in that situation and there is really nothing you can do about it. There are things you can do to try to reduce the blemishes and get rid of acne/ pimples temporarily but you will always be finding yourself cleaning your face or your body depending on where it 's at.
