Acne is caused by hormones. It is exacerbated (made worse) by eating spicy, greasy, chocolate etc. You cannot make it go away. If you wash your face at least twice a day (preferably 3 times) with ivory soap & water & drink plenty of water, it won 't be quite so bad. The soap & water helps keep your skin clean & the drinking water helps keep you hydrated which in turn helps prevent breakouts. Do not pop or squeeze pimples or blackheads. You can get some nasty infections & scarring that way. Plus it makes you look worse to have red, open sores on your face. |

Learn to spell and write properly and maybe someone will actually answer your question. |

Well when you pop them you have the risk of more infection and scaring. The toothpaste drys out your skin a little... To be honest, wash your face twice daily (with facial cleanser) and then moisturize it. Leave the acne alone or go to a dermatologist to receive proper lotion/ cream for the acne. |

I don 't no about the popping thing. But i 've tried the toothpaste thing before, and its worked. Not on all spots though, just try it. If it doesn 't work it doesn 't really matter. |

Toothpaste dries out some pimples because it sucks the water out around it (ever notice how dry your mouth feels after brushing?) Popping and squeezing might be a bad idea, because if the pore is not opened enough to let the "plug out " the puss underneath it will spread underneath the skin causing the pimple to become even worse. If you don 't know what you 're doing, have a proffessional cleanse your skin. |
