K so i dont usually get acne but i have been on my forehead lately and i dont know how to get rid of it. I swear ive had it for like two months straight. Its not whiteheads or blackheads its almost as if they are all underneath the skin. Ive been washing my face with face wash and putting lemon juice on them because i heard that would help but idk if it really will. Can anyone please help me!? Im an athlete and i do sweat on my forehead but i always wash my face after practice and stuff. Idk what else to do?

What the skin needs is a product that clears pores and kills bacteria, thus preventing hair follicles from clogging and turning into acne. This is what you should be looking for if you want to get rid of those ugly acne. Before trying any treatment, I suggest you read this informational source that listed the most effective acne treatments available: 17acnetreatments.com P.S. I also know someone who used to suffer from severe acne for 14 YEARS and finally got rid of it completely. She 's sharing her story at her site: 20six.co.uk/ my-acne-solution Maybe you could learn from her inspirational story . Good luck.

Easy Down here in the south we use a Honey- Onion mask it sounds ugly but its not lol.... heres how 2 tablespoons of honey juice of one onion mix them together. Apply as a mask.. leave for 15 minutes then rinse with warm water.. Clean white rag.. change pillow cases every two days.. dont touch face a lot and wash hands before coming close to the face..
