Acne - Skin Care

Question: Does spicy food aggravate or cause acne?

I put sriracha hot chili sauce on everything and ive heard many times before that it irratates your skin, but come on now! What do you say guys???

If you sweat from the hot sauce then yeah, that would cause acne. But just eating it has nothing to do with your skin.
