Acne - Skin Care

Question: Help! i used some acne medication and it turned my skin red!?!?

What are something i can do to make the rashy effect go away? im desperate its dry and itchy and red and really annoying. my mom wont take me to the dermotoligist and i was wondering if anyone has any ideas?
