Question: 18 year old first year student with acne, help!?

So i had pretty bad acne when i was 16, and i got a 6 month treatment for it and it cleared perfectly. since then ive had a couple of breakouts normally, not that bad, but ive been in university in residence for 3 months now, and the ance is coming back, why is this happening and what can i do to fix it?>
