I wash my face morning and night religiously. No matter what i do my acne won't clear. Is there like a face mask that will help it?

What the skin needs is a product that clears pores and kills bacteria, thus preventing hair follicles from clogging and turning into acne. This is what you should be looking for if you want to get rid of those ugly acne. Before trying any treatment, I suggest you read this informational source that listed the most effective acne treatments available: 17acnetreatments.com P.S. I also know someone who used to suffer from severe acne for 14 YEARS and finally got rid of it completely. She 's sharing her story at her site: 20six.co.uk/ my-acne-solution Maybe you could learn from her inspirational story . Good luck.

Don 't overwash. Once or twice a day sounds alright. Don 't scrub too hard or irritate your skin. Try a product like Clearasil.

You need to wash your face, but make sure you are moisturizing as well. And dont just use any face wash use one that is unique to your skin type. Try using a moisturizer as well that is non comedogenic. A good method in clearing acne would be to go to your dermatologist. I recommend a medication called acutane. It works very well, my boyfriend has severe acne and it cleared him up.The only side affect is it can really dry your skin out so you will have to use moisturizers for a while after wards. For temporary treatment i suggest being careful about what you eat, and also dont touch your face so much especially if you dont wash your hands constantly. THe oil from your hands can cause you to break out. Hope this helps.

Don 't waste your time, on products that say thy will work, thats what i did. Go to the doctor and get some drugs for it. Drugs for acne will work, unlike products you don 't know if they will.

There are three causes of acne. Imbalance hormones, toxic colon(including diet issues), and a toxic congested liver(for thoose with cystic acne). To balance hormones you might want to add essential fatty acids also known as EFAs. To treat a toxic colon you will need to an internal cleansing. I have tried diffrent ones and the best one i found was "The Colon Cleansing Kit " from blessedherbs.com. To treat a toxic congested liver(for thoose with cystic), you will have to do a Parasite cleanse, and then you might want to do a liver cleansing. Also foods you will need to avoid :Wheat, monosodium glutamate(MSG),Aspartame, Dairy products( milk, skim milk, whey protein, ice cream, cottage cheese, sour cream, yogurt, whipped cream, cheese, ice cream etc. oh and butter is ok). Avoid sugar(brown sugar, maple syrup, high fructose corn syrup, etc.). Avoid potatoes(not including sweet potatoes or yams). Avoid refined carbohydrated(white flour, cookies, cakes, pizza, crackers, chips, pancakes, grits, spaghetti, noodles, enriched flour, white rice, white bread, macaroni, candy, etc. Avoid shellfish(shrimp, oysters, crab, lobster, etc. Avoid soda, fruit juice(high in concentreated sugars),dried fruits(figs, raisins, dates),fried foods and deep fried foods, roasted nuts, preservatives, alcohol(one you drink), and last but not least hydrogenated and partially hydrogenated oils. It has been said that food had nothing to do with acne. Remember that acne product companies dont want you to cure your acne but control it with drugs to make MONEY.
