Acne - Skin Care

Question: How can i get rid of acne fast?

Its like as if a volcano on my face freakin EXPLODED acne, its EVERYWHERE! On my forehead, chin, nose, cheeks! Help please? My school dance is on friday! And please, don't say Neutrogena, Clean & Clear or Proactive, I've tried all of them before and none of them have worked on me!
