SANDPAND is dead wrong. In fact, masturbation can actually help manage stress, which can improve acne. There are a few main things that have helped me get rid of acne. One that you probably already know is to drink around eight glasses of water a day. This helps the body process waste more efficiently. The faster waste is expelled, the less time it has to mess anything up. I 'm also on a modified vegan diet (I also stay away from processed foods). you could probably just get by with cutting out dairy, refined sugar, red meats, and refined flours. That is possibly one of the most important things you can do. It may sound hard if you don 't like vegetables or tofu, but it really not as bad as it seems. I still dislike the taste of most vegetables, but it 's totally worth it because my body loves it! Another cause of acne is irritation of the skin. Try to use gentle products, like Cetaphil 's cleanser. I use only that and a 2% BP on a spot if I get one. The key is not aggressively combating the skin, but (as I think of it) trying not to mess with it. If you wear makeup, water based formulas are better. Physician 's Formula 's Organic line has a liquid foundation that I use that is cruelty free, synthetic fragrance free, synthetic preservative free, paraben free, no GMOs, synthetic color free, and free of harsh chemicals. It 's pretty much awesome for acne-prone, sensitive skin. It 's even SPF 15! Finally, it 's just as important to keep a good attitude. Thinking positively and envisioning clear skin is just as important as eating well and caring gently for your skin! Good luck! Rose Links: 1. Physician 's Formula foundation that I use 2.
