Acne - Skin Care

Question: How do i get rid of my back acne?

This is totally new for me. I never had this problem before, but I started going to a masseuse for my back a few months ago, and started developing the back acne soon after. He uses some special muscle relaxing oil when he gives me a massage, since the problem is that my muscles are tensed. And he always tells me to wait a few hours before showering because the oil is still working. I'm pretty sure it's the oils that have given me the back acne. But the problem is, I also pick at it a lot, which I would assume makes it worse. I can't help but pick at it though, it's like an unconscious compulsion. I don't know what to do to get rid of it. I can't stop the massages because I need them. So I don't know what to do. Help?

I cleanse with dermatologist recomended wash and use cream medicine plus i use a medicine i take orally (by mouth) and it cleared up in almost two weeks! it was great just go to walmart and pick up some wash and stuff or visit the dermatologist and they 'll give you someting

I get this sometimes too.. the best thing to do is go to a vitamin shop and get some vitamin E gel capsules.. pop the pills and rub the vitamin e on your back where you have the acne TRUST this will help alot.. it helped me in two days. and stop picking on them.. forget they are even there. k good luck
