Acne - Skin Care

Question: How do you treat severe facial acne and bacne?

I'm 14 years old and I have a severe case of acne and bacne. I started breaking out when I was in 6th grade around 11 years old and now I'm still struggling. I have tried many products, but it won't help, like ProActiv and all those other products. My family is tight on money and now I'm on birth control pills from my doctor. My acne is REALLY bad, its everywhere on my face and everywhere on my back. My family members also struggle with my problem. Some people say its genes but I have no idea. I don't know what to do, so please HELP!!
