Hey If you really want to get rid of your acne there are two recommended solutions that helped me and should combined together (if you can afford it) for best results. Firstly and more important in my opinion, you must learn how you should fix the internal problem that 's causing your acne, not just masking the symptoms or getting relief. There are only few good Ebooks and acne cure programs that can teach you exactly how to treat your acne from the inside. Where medicine has failed them the authors have done their own research and found a way to overcome acne. In their books they share their great knowledge with other acne sufferers. In any case, be very careful because many of them are pure crap with little value. You can find helpful and honest review about one of the best systems today in this great article: squidoo.com/ Acne-No-More-Ebook-Review The second thing that you need to do is to get good acne skin product that will be suitable for your skin. There are hundreds of acne skin care products available in the market right now and it 's not easy to choose the product that will give you the best results. When choosing your product make sure to check that you get at least 2 months full guarantee. Some of the big names in the industry are: ClearPores, Acuzine, Acnezine, Proactiv, Vilante and some others. You can find more information, reviews, cons and pros on the leading acne skin care products in this website: fightyouracne.info Don 't give up, acne is something that can be cure, good luck...

If you want to have 0% acne, I suggest you give support to my answer.I have absolutely positively no acne. I will tell you how I do it, you can share with people. Ever heard of Clinique? It 's amazing. Theres a 3-step acne control kit it 's probably about $40, I use it and I have no acne at all. I mean, you can either have acne, or not. Haha it 's up to you. You should use step number 1 with your hands. It 's the hand soap and it smells really good, but it has no perfume inside it. Well, at least I think it smells really good. The second step is "The Difference Maker " What you got to do is get a cotton ball and pour a little bit of the liquid onto it and use it to wipe all over your face. Try not to miss any spots. The third step is the mosturizer.Use your hands and put all over your face. Do those 3 steps twice a day. Morning &Night. If that 's to expensive, go to Walmart and get the Clean &Clear Acne control kit. It works the same exact way ! It 's probably about $15 !! Use my answer, and use it wisely. NEVER I repeat NEVER wash your face with a wash cloth. It adds pressure to your face. NEVER try to scrub your acne. It will heal by itself. Your results will come VERY soon. In almost the first day. ALWAYS use it twice a day. If you forget a day, acne will reappear. And hunny, it 's hard to get rid of ! Take my answer into consideration. I promise, you will be so confident about your beautiful face behind all the zits.

This is my tips for acne treament. Acne treatment for your acne should be accompanied by a healthy skin care routine. Wash the affected area twice a day with mild soap. Use soap such as Dove, or one that contains benzoyl peroxide, such as Oxy-5. Wash as often necessary to keep the area clean. Do not scrub. Shampoo the hair regularly. Keep long hair off the face and shoulders and wash it daily. Avoid shaving as much as possible; while shaving take care to avoid nicking the pimples. Use a fresh shaving blade to minimize the chance of spreading the infection. Avoid use of make-up or cosmetics in areas prone to acne. If you have to wear make-up, use only the hypoallergenic or fragrance free kind. Don 't pop, pick, scratch, or squeeze your pimples. This may cause infection and scarring. You may use an over-the-counter treatment that contain substances such as benzoyl peroxide (gel or cream) or salicyclic acid. Start with the lowest strength and apply once a day about half an hour after washing. Never use more than 5 percent strength without consulting a physician. Food and Nutrition Recommendations for Acne:Some doctors believe that acne is not a food related problem. Some alternate practitioners use diet as a basis for their treatment of acne. They recommend that acne patients should eat foods high in beta-carotene, such as carrots, pumpkin, cantaloupe and other yellow-orange fruits and vegetables. They should also avoid fatty foods. Acnezine controls the oil secretion in your body to protect your skin from getting acne prone. Vitamin Therapy for Acne:Nutritionists generally suggest:Chromium supplements - Chromium helps boosts the body 's ability to break down glucose.Vitamin A - reduces sebum and keratin production. (Caution: taking mega doses of Vitamin A can cause headaches, fatigue, muscle and joint pain and other side effects. Consult a qualified practitioner before taking mega supplements).Vitamin E - an antioxidant (200 to 400 IU a day).Vitamin B-6 50 mg per day. This vitamin aids in the metabolism of hormones.
