Some say tooth paste works or you could mix baking soda with water and rub it onto the pimples in a circular motion |

You could try many of the other things that they sell for acne over the t.v. or you could go to a dermatologist and see what they tell you. since your a teenage boy your hormones are all over the place so i wouldnt worry too much. just keep washing your face and keeping your skin clear. :) |

Avoid oily foods and wash face with worm water at least 4 times a day |

Your hormones are whacked out right now. It 's completely normal. Just wash your face in the morning and use an astringent to clear away anything that might still linger on your face. (Soap, oil, etc.) Go to aubrey-organics.com/ ProductInfo.aspx?productid= 028 to check out the stuff I use. I 'm a 17 year old girl who has slight acne problems, but they 're under control. DON 'T PUT ANYTHING ON YOUR FACE THAT YOU WOULDN 'T BE COMFORTABLE EATING!! And don 't put your hands on you face. Drink a gallon of water a day. That 'll clear up your skin really fast. Hope this helped. |

Okie dokie, it seems like you need some free advice....not only is my advice free, but the ingredients to cure your acne are free as well. First step: Wash your face every day. Using a warm, wet cloth, scrub your face virorously every morning when you wake up (or when you go to bed....or both, if preferred). This helps to get rid of the bad, dirty, oily, dead skin from surface and creates a fresh layer of skin underneath it. If you have dry skin, I would recommend using a body butter (you can buy those at Wal-mart, but only if you need it). Second step: Wash your hands as often as possible. One reason that most people have acne these days is because the bacteria from their hands are easily transferred to their faces from when they eat, brush their hair aside (if you have long hair), wipe your face from sweat, etc. Make sure to just rinse your hands with clean water. Do NOT use anti-bacterial soap. This will get rid of both the good AND the bad bacteria in your hands. You need the good bacteria to keep your body healthy and fight off diseases or common sicknesses. Just rinse your hands for a few seconds with warm/ hot water, and dry with a cloth or towel. Third step: Keep it up As long as you stick to this regularly, the acne will definitely reduce in appearance. Honestly, I used to have pretty bad acne on my chin and just around my nose and forehead. Now that I do these things every day, I barely have to worry about using too much makeup or anything. It 's nice to know that I can look decent for once without makeup. ^_^ Give this a try and I hope it helps. It did for me. Good luck. |
