Question: How to get rid of acne?

I used to have bad acne (spots) a few years back but I got tablets to treat them. I first got Oxytetracycline and then Erythromicen. I also got Differen Gel to apply to the spots and any marks left behind. But now the acne is appearing on my back and shoulders again and also around the edges and forehead of my face. The tablets and gel don't seem to be working anymore. My doctor said it could be down to eating junk food but I have not ate junk food in months and have ate lots of fruit and veg and drank plenty of water. And the worst part is, I am going on holiday in 2 weeks and I will obviously be going to the beach and swimming so if the acne isn't gone by then or atleast almost gone I will feel very cocious of my body. What I need to know, is there anything else I can do to help the spots go away like any techniques or hints? Please help. :-(

Buy a good clearasil cream, im saying a good one becuz not all r the same it worked very well on me of course it aint just gonna go in a day or 2 but it will go eventually and of course dnt scratch or do anything else to your spots,,,really just put the cream on massage ur face with it every single day and it will go sumday
