For the most part I dont have a lot of acne BUT on my back, chest and upper arms i have acne and I dont know what to do about it. Please help me out!!..PLEASE!! I am so fed up and just want clear skin everywhere and I also have discoloration. So what 's like the best toner to help keep my skintone one color..I 've tried tanning. Does that work too?? Is Dove soap bad for acne or body acne because it contains oils?
yes there are oils in all dove soap I called their 800# to ask before posting the question.I guess I 'm confused here. Is dove soap BAD for acne because it has lots of oils and no anti-bacterial soap? Can it make acne worse? If you have oily/ combination skin will dove make it too moisterized and further aggrevate your acne?

Need to get rid of strange body acne?
As of late I 've noticed a strange outbreak of body acne on my stomach,back, shoulders, etc. I 've been diagnosed with those dry exoderma bumps for as long as I can remember, and these are entirely different. I 've tried normal anti bacterial soaps, facial acne products, etc. It seems like everything I use either does nothing, or only makes everything worse! Any advice? Thank you.
Really bad body acne... help!?
I have severe acne on my back, and have had no luck with getting rid of it. It developed in August, and I assumed it was due to the strenuous outdoor activity I was doing then. However, it has only gotten worse despite my many attempts to rid myself of it. My back was 99% clear until August, and I am past frustration. Does anyone know of any inexpensive easy ways to get rid of it? or even of any special cleansers that have worked well in situations like this?

Alright so i have pretty bad acne on my back and i get about 3 to 4 spots on my chest constantly. I take a shower almost every day and if not i clean my back and chest with rubbing alcohol. I have body acne, and it wont go away?
I 'm a swimmer, I swim 2 hours a day, 5 days a week. Last year I started getting mini bumps on my upper back and chest, but nothing noticeable or something to bother me. I switched to a new pool and these bumps turned into amounts of acne on my upper back and chest. So i went out and bought some Nuetragena(sp) body wash. It doesn 't seem to be getting any better. Can someone please help me and give me tips? I 'm really getting self conscious about this situation.

the acne on my face been clearing up , but now my body is going insane , my back has been breaking out , and around my collar bone and chest , but the worst is ive been getting a sort of acne in my genital area , ive looked it up and its not herpes or anything , ive been putting polysporin on it , it worked for a while , and i came to a conclusion that shaving in the opposite direction (which makes it smoother) has been causing a big problem , i washed after i sweat and take showers daily , it was pretty good for a while , but i went to a party and passed out among friends, still wearing all my day clothes , then i checked in the morning on how it was , it had spread and gotten way way worse , i washed with a purifying jell today , it seems less inflamed and irritated , does anyone have a Solution on how to get rid of all this acne FAST ?

I 'm a 17 year old male and I used to break out on my face but now I don 't at all. The thing is, I now break out on my upper arms/ shoulders/ upper back. I use 10% benzoyl peroxide face wash and 2% sacilylic body wash...I workout 4 times a week and its annoying to have acne on my muscular arms/ back. I get red blotchy pimples on my neck, back, and clavicle area. It only comes in winter, but it started before my basketball practices started. I am allergic to dust mites, so it could be that they are worse in winter. I 've always had skin troubles, I 've honestly tried hundreds of products from big brand names to online products. I 've been to the doctor and dermatologist and a naturopath-you name it, ive been there. I just want to know how to stop having an excessively oily face.
