Question: Body acne that won't go away!?

I have been struggling with body acne for quite some time. I've tried a few products that didn't work and it's really embarrassing! I just want to know if there is a product that gets rid of body acne!

I had acne on my back for about 2 years, I stopped eating greasy foods and sugary foods, processed foods etc. Looked up acidic foods and alkaline foods, and ate more alkaline and less acidic. The back acne disappeared within a week of changing my diet. Change/ Wash your bed sheets once a week as well.

Hun, I 've been struggling for 4 years now. It sucks seriously. I can 't wear tank tops, or anything revealing. Change your diet. It 's gotten better since I have. It 's hard to do but you seriously won 't regret it.
