Question: How do you cure body acne?
(Posted by: Amanda Huginkiss on 2010-01-28 15:25:44)
I've had acne on my back, chest, and shoulders for several years now and I want it to go away pretty soon. I rarely work out, sweat, or wear tight clothing, so it can't be of excess oil and irritation. What other methods are there, or do you have any recommendations? |

The best body acne cure is to regularly wash your skin in luke warm water. Wash thoroughly to be sure you get rid of all the dirt and oil in your pores, but use a gentle facial soap that won 't irritate the skin too much. A good diet is another thing you must follow. Don 't eat too many greasy foods or things like garlic and onions. Also, stress is a big cause of acne. Try to relax and calm down in your life, get into a daily cleansing routine, and you 'll be on your way to get rid of body acne! |

I had a problem with body and facial acne, I found information on this site theskinphilosophy.forumotion.net and how to treat it properly using lactic acid peels (a mild peel) for the body/ face, there are also medicated soaps, retin-a, and other methods in more detail they can give you with specific skin problems and wil give you an individual assessment and best places of where to get. My acne scars are fading and some have completely faded from the lactic acid retin-a. |

It might be hereditary. you may just have to play the waiting game and hope it eventually goes away. |
