Question: Is it true that vegetable juice is good for your skin and helps to clear acne?

Yes but there isn 't a specific kind. You should try Harvest Surprise by Juicy Juice or V8 Fusion since both are good vegetable and fruit juices. buzzle.com/ editorials/ 2-13-2006-88758.asp

Yes! I would recommend V8, because you can get different types of it, a lot to choose from! Examples; carrot juice, apple and banana, ect.
