I have a few acne scars on my face... they look as though they are enlarged pores... and I have had them for over a year... they are somewhat noticeable... and I find them VERY annoying... is there a natural way of curing them?! Thanks! O:)

How do I cure my acne?
I 've had bad acne all over my face, back, and chest and i want it to go away! i 've tried so many different things! I went to a dermatologist but none of the things he is giving me works, everytime i go i sit in there for about 5 minutes while he fills out a new perscription for another medication that doesn 't work. I 've also tried proactiv and a lot of different products. Currently I 'm using Clean &Clear cleanser, toner, and the blackhead eraser, but it isn 't really working either. I was thinking about getting the skin ID products but i 'm not sure. please help me this is taking over my life, I hate going out because i dont like people to see me and i 'm sick of hearing people say "oh, she 's pretty, except for the acne " i seriously (not trying to sound conceited) but I am pretty except for all this over my face. HELP ME PLEASE!
Cures for shoulder/back acne?
For the past year or so I 've noticed ocassional break outs on my shoulders and back. I tried to gauge the past few months as to when they come and it seems to be around my period. Could it possibly be hormonal?? Does anyone know anything to try to get rid of them? I heard vinegar solution for those who have back acne all the time but mine just seems to be during my period. I thought I 'd mention it to the doctor next week during a check up but just curious if anyone else gets this?I hope you meant to say that it is caused by the products I use and not that I don 't " wash properly " .. because I do.
