Question: How much vitamin e and a should i take to clear up cystic acne?

Acne has one basic enemy.....the ruff facial sponge I would go to walmart and go to the cosmetic section and buy their palm size facial sponge...its about 2$.........scrub with that thing about 1 min every other day and in about a month you will find the acne gone.....keep this thing on hand and use it during the teen years..... dont over scrub..your face will become raw.... use nice soapy hot water...rinse well and then with cold... no hands on face.... the oil from your hands will get into your acne and make it worse....so dont touch your face with anything once you wash....dont lean your chin on your hands.....keep you pillowcase clean......and clean hair....both transfer oil to the face jean

No, i don 't have the answer to that, but. try this. buy yourself a bar of "CEDIPHIL ' ' soap, and use and use the entire bar, buy yourself, notice the difference. check the texture of fingernails at the start. after just a few uses, your nails will be extremely white. i realize that is not the answer maybe. but just think, if it 's doing all that, its cleaning something else at the same time. have gotten several best answers with this info. good luck
