Best treatment for acne scars?

Question: Best treatment for acne scars?

(Posted by: Callum P on 2010-02-25 10:38:51)

I've had acne for the past few years and am going to see a dermatologist in April. Thing is, I have it terrible on my back, only moderate on my face now thankfully (but breaking out again)... My face looks kind of rough from having a lot of scars, it makes me uncomfortable and not willing to go into a relationship due to my anxiety. What would you recommend I say to them?

Vitamin K cream, this is great for blemishes, surgeons actually prescribe it for patients to help with bruising etc after plastic surgery. The best brand is now available without prescription and sold at Holland and Barratt, Derma K. Aloe Vera Gel and a good microdermabrasion exfoliator used once a week will greatly improve your skin too.
